Brief about the Team

The Marketing team is a center of excellence within Tata 1mg. The marketing team collaborates to create and execute strategies aimed at promoting Tata 1MG products, services. What we will need in you? We are seeking a smart, analytical, and data-driven Marketing Operation candidate. Good in Executing to drive the strategy, management, and performance of campaigns using internal/external tools. The ideal candidate should have a track record of success in marketing operations and working with data and also have strong communication and project management skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities:

 Ownership of end-to-end marketing execution and channel performance assessment

 Proficiency in CRM tools to craft compelling customer journeys and bolster retention strategies

 Exceptional time management, ensuring delivery within deadlines with minimal supervision

 Expertise in handling multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment

 Seamless coordination with cross-functional teams for error-free and timely campaign execution

 Delivering comprehensive Management Information (MI) reports to monitor campaigns and drive efficiency enhancements

 Campaign optimization through analytic setup, ensuring data-driven decisions for optimal results

 Staying updated with the latest online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices

Basic Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

 Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities

 Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM platforms

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and basic knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS)

 Working knowledge of HTML, Google Analytics, and SQL would be a strong advantage.
