Brief about the Team :

The HR Operation team at Tata 1mg is a skilled and dedicated group responsible for developing and maintaining the robust infrastructure that powers the company-s platform. As an Onboarding Executive, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process to support the human resources department in its operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of onboarding-related tasks, including data management, reporting, system administration, and user support.

What will you do:

• Assess the needs of new hires and develop onboarding plans that meet the requirements.
  
  
• Orient new employees to the company's policies and procedures.
  
  
• Ensure that new hires have all the necessary tools, equipment, and resources needed to do their job.
  
  
• Manage the onboarding process from start to finish, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  
  
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding activities and recommend process changes timely.
  
  
• Ensure that new hires receive appropriate behavioral and technical training.
  
  
• Assist in the recruitment process by providing information to potential candidates.
  
  
• Manage employee records and data following company policy.
  
  
• Liaise with other departments to ensure new hires have the necessary support and resources

What are we looking for:

• To be a successful HR Onboarding Specialist, the candidate must meet specific qualifications and requirements, including:
  
  
• · A Bachelor's degree/ MBA -(HR) or a related field.
  
  
• · A minimum of 1+ Years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment.
  
  
• · Knowledge of HR regulations, policies, and procedures
  
  
• · Strong communication skills and the ability to provide effective user support and training.
  
  
• · Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  
  
• · Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  
  
• · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and other related software programs.
