Brief about the Team

 

The Consumer Product team at Tata 1mg is a center of excellence which situated within the Category Management vertical. Collaborating closely with the organization-s leadership team, business, product, growth, and category teams, their primary goal is to discover and implement prospects for introducing consumer products under the Tata 1mg brand. The team takes full responsibility for distributing and selling products bearing the Tata 1mg brand name across both online and offline channels.

What will you do

 

·       Take on a leadership role within the Tata 1mg consumer product portfolio, serving as the complete owner responsible for driving overall growth

·       Build product expertise for the orthopedic supports & devices category

·       Spearhead efforts to create partnerships with universities, industry experts, doctors, surgeons & influencers for developing superior orthopedic products

·       Create a vibrant customer community of loyalists for product feedback & improvement

·       Work with 3^rd party manufacturers to improve the quality standards for manufacturing orthopedic supports

·       Deeply understand customer preferences and identify products with high potential for successful sales on each platform

·       Prioritize growth objectives, explore opportunities to enter new market segments, and take complete ownership of driving expansion initiatives

 

What we are looking for

·       A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the orthopedic supports & healthcare devices domain with deep knowledge of product application & efficacy

·       Previous experience of building content to commerce brands

·        Previous experience in a fast-paced environment or start-up will be considered an advantage

·        Possesses excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

·       Demonstrates a strong bias for action, consistently striving to create a meaningful impact

·        Experience in effectively working within cross-functional teams to execute high-impact projects
