Brief about the Team

The Marketing team is a center of excellence within Tata 1mg. The team works across business lines to drive brand

awareness, customer acquisition and retention, leading to business growth. Team plays a pivotal role in promoting

the brand and its services. Tasked with devising and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, this team utilizes

various channels to effectively reach target audiences and drive engagement.

What will you do

● Creative Leadership: Lead the creative initiatives for a specific business line at Tata 1mg, overseeing the

development of impactful campaigns, innovations, activations, and brand collaterals.

● Conceptualization of Clutter-breaking Concepts: Drive the development of clutter-breaking creative

concepts that differentiate Tata 1mg in the digital health sector and resonate with target audiences.

● Independent Campaign Development: Experience in independently conceptualizing and executing

campaigns that effectively convey brand messages and achieve business objectives.

● Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including

marketing, product management, and external agencies to align creative strategies with business goals and

ensure seamless execution.

What are we looking for?

● Proven experience (4-7 years) in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and

design projects.

● Ability to innovate and adapt creative strategies to break through market clutter and capitalize on emerging

trends.

● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver

high-quality results within deadlines.

● Passion for healthcare innovation and a deep understanding of digital trends and consumer behavior.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across

teams.
