Brief about the Team

The Marketing team is a center of excellence within Tata 1mg. The team works across business lines to drive brand

awareness, customer acquisition and retention, leading to business growth. Team plays a pivotal role in promoting

the brand and its services. Tasked with devising and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, this team utilizes

various channels to effectively reach target audiences and drive engagement.

What will you do

● BTL Activations & Events

○ Understand city landscape to effectively implement micro-market activations and target specific

audience segments effectively.

○ Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL activities, events, and promotions in malls, RWAs, lab centers,

and organize health camps for lab tests and diagnostics awareness.

● Branding & Collaterals

○ Develop and manage the procurement and distribution of marketing collaterals for various

stakeholders across initiatives.

○ Ensure consistency in branding across all offline activities and materials.

● Execution, Fieldwork & Vendor Management

○ Oversee the on-ground execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time,

as per the brand positioning, and within budget.

○ Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless implementation of

marketing strategies.

○ Manage relationships with vendors and agencies, including coordination, reviews, and

performance assessments.

● Insights & Reporting

○ Conduct pre- and post-analysis of all marketing activities to assess their effectiveness and impact.

○ Generate detailed post-mortem reports with insights and learnings to optimize future campaigns.

○ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for all

offline marketing activities.

What are we looking for?

○ 2-4 years of experience in field marketing and BTL activities.

○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

○ Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.

○ Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.

○ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

○ Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data.

○ Experience in vendor management and agency coordination is essential.
