Proven experience in telecommunications with a focus on roaming, interconnect, or related fields. Strong understanding of interconnect agreements, roaming operations, and regulatory frameworks. Profound understanding of interconnect architectures, protocols (e.g., SIP, SS7), and telecommunication technologies.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing interconnect agreements and contracts.
Proficiency in network performance monitoring tools and analytical abilities to interpret data for optimization.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Investigation & diagnosis and workaround analysis/solution of wireless network
Raise Change Requests for implementation
Identified faults, carry out the analysis and rectify the fault
Troubleshoot the findings for both Level 1 and Level 2 and obtain approval from stake holders and prioritize the Change Request implementation, include RCA in health check, getting RCA/knowledge article and publishing
Audit Asset & Configuration (A&C) Database, receive and control A&C data, update A&C database, network asset and configuration management
Review the MOPs for service impact and create Change Request, validate Change Request, and ensure A&C database and network design documentation and preventive maintenance plan is updated
Make the scripts to reduce the manual work
initiate bridge during the activity, coordinate with other domain/third party till issue fix, perform the change, as required generate Change Request report
