Job Description


Minimum 9 years   relevant experience with BCA BSc IT or 7 years   relevant experience with B.E B.Tech MCA qualification

Should have minimum CEH   CHFI   GSEC   GMON   ITIL as well as OEM certification in minimum 2 technologies as mentioned in Annexure I.

Resolves Tier 2 and 3 technical issues to determine root cause and implements corrective action. Recognizes when to escalate and uses it as an opportunity to increase knowledge.

Knowledge and ability to support infrastructure, cloud security engineering   and automation initiatives

Serve in a lead role on system upgrades, new deployments and troubleshooting efforts

Should follow the SLA defined by HPCL strictly by managing L1   and L2 Team

Should be mentoring L1   and L2 and coordinate with Bidder s SMEs for required support

Install and tests new hardware and software releases. Evaluate and install patches, perform system upgrades and resolves security issues

Interact with equipment bidders, Information Technology, Engineers, field resources, and control center resources.

   Collaborate with Information Security Engineers on version upgrades, new features, new tools. Provide feedback to engineering on the impact to operations and support to ensure smooth transitions of major changes to tooling.

   Make presentations on the current technology capabilities, use cases, automation done etc. and current and future enhancements    roadmap etc.

Accountable for meeting quality, productivity and service standards. Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of access administration processes and procedures.

Planning and implementation of security controls, as well as daily administration until automated.

Conduct routine and regular ongoing reviews of security audit and control procedures.

Lead the investigation and resolution of complex privacy, security, and access management problems

Support the Information Security Incident Response Team during security incident responses.

Planning and implementation of security controls, as well as daily administration until automated.

Perform Quality Control inspections to ensure project completion

Vendor    OEM Liaisoning, License AMC Monitoring, HPCL Coordination

Provide process development, lifecycle management, vulnerability management and assist with change management for all security solution.

Make presentations on the current technology capabilities, use cases, automation done etc. and current and future enhancements    roadmap etc. Should have high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and presentation skills.
