Job Description

Responsibilities
Manage business reporting and dashboards on service delivery data

Manage adhoc requests raised by management which are required to be delivered in given timeframe.

Conduct periodic meetings with key stakeholders includes NW team, Product Owners, CSM PMO, Sales PMO to discuss issues and related action items.

Identify areas of improvement and drive specific initiatives to address issues raised by PM team.

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies


Minimum qualification & experience

Program management or related experience will be an advantage.


Desired Skill sets

Reporting and Dashboards

Hands-on BI tools Power BI or Qlik Sense, Excel is must, Power Point.

Analytical Skills required to understand service delivery data and take out insights from it, which should benefit business.

Good communication skills required to interact with multiple stakeholders. 

Good knowledge of project management.

Risk assessment, time management
