Job Description

Qualifications and Experience


  • Experience interfacing directly with various levels of management 

  • Experience in delivering presentations and preparing project specific documents for network/system designs 

  • Knowledge in various OAM interfaces, protocols, data models, configuration parameters, KPIs for RAN and Core Configuration and Management                                                                                                       
  • Knowledge of Performace management reporting &  Analysis 

  • Collection of service quality and network performance data from the OSS.

  • Generating basic quality, performance and traffic statistics and reports. Operational Performance reporting, Operational KPI's 

  • On Call duties for performance reporting                                        
    Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities


  •     Domain Experience in Telecom Performance Management

  •     You will support pre-sales activities, including pre-studies

  •     Plan the implementation of the product configuration / integration work

  •     Execute product configuration

  •     Execute integration and migration work

  •     Experience in producing & documenting Low level designs

  •     Prepare system test, module test and accept test

  •     You will work to support maintenance processes in Customer environment included CSR process according Ericsson support process

  •     Post project activities

  •     E2e technical understanding

  •     Execute test

  •     Scripting & coding (Shell Scripting, Python, Perl or other comparable scripting languages)

  •     Experience in Application development and Application Maintenance

  •     Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
