Responsible for Vendor lifecycle

o   Identify the Vendor/OEM

o   Work with SCM to get the right quotes at right price.

o   Vendor onboarding

o   Vendor contract management.

o   Preparing Budget

o   Preparing PR for the requirement based on the quotes

o   Ensure PO is released on time.

o   Timely  MRN/SRN in the system

o   Followup for Material Delivery and ensure timely delivery of equipment.

o   Engage with top leadership to get better timelines.

o   Regular review meet with Vendor.

o   Update and Review SOP, Process document.

o   Create new Processes.

o   Accurals, Provisions. AMC Planning.

o   Mapping PO Vs Customer order form and arrive on Revenue stream.

o   SAP management

o   Automation of Manual processes.

o   Vendor performance review

§  Project wise

§  Periodical review

o   Plan alterative OEM/Vendor.

             

Should be familiar with Cloud and Security OEM. Distributors.

Contract management

Regular connect with OEM and review performance.
