Job Description

The role is responsible for driving companys information technology risk assessment, data privacy, access management, security, and compliances with the objective of safeguarding company infrastructure and adherence to regional regulatory requirements. This is a tactical role which defines the direction of new solutions, processes, standards based upon business strategy or customer need, with a significant mid-term impact on business units overall results.

Responsibilities

Own Datacenter operations for Server/network/storage/other asset in DC Scope
Define initiatives and priorities.
Well verse in TL9000, DOT, ISO, Statutory Audits

Patching Automation using Ansible
For assigned projects, prepare the business case, and seek management / finance concurrence.
Estimate team resource requirement and assign a technical Manager and team members as per requirements.
Engage with the project manager in prioritization and calendarize projects in case of capacity constraints.
Approve the solution design put forward by the team in consultation with other team leads
Monitor project progress and address deviations; Involve commercial for procurement of infrastructure as required; Provide necessary support in removing constraints.
Ensure timely project delivery.
