Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for Remote Site Integration through NIC for 2G/3G/4G/5G sites
- Development of NIC resources for different OEM
- Script generation
- Resource dimensioning
- NIC budgeting
- Ensuring new integrated sites SLA & KPI
- Customer management
Desired Skill sets
- Troubleshooting experience of network, equipment and service level faults
- Through understanding of NoC management.
- Understanding of equipment from OEMs (Ericsson/Nokia/Samsung/Ceragon, etc.)
- Business understanding of service providers
- Resource planning and budgeting.
