Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5 lines)

• Must have experience in IBM WebSphere Message Broker, IIB 9.0 and IBM WebSphere MQ.
• Extensive knowledge of Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus product in all areas (Dev,Admin).
• Strong IBM Integration Bus skills, Java skills, XPath skills. SQL skills, XML skills.
• Experience with WebSphere Adapters, patterns, ESQL, DFDL,XML, XSLT mapping and usage of SOAP,HTTP and JMS protocols.
• Experience in architecture principles, system integration, technical sizing, high availability aspects, integration best practices.
• Integration knowledge of event based integration, pub-su b, and request-reply, synchronous-asynchronous.
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills.

Good-to-Have

• IIB certification and JAVA,J2EE background
• Experience in Datapower & UCD
