Job Description
Key Responsibility
Manage HR operations, including contract labor management, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identifying and readdressing employee grievances through one-on-one meetings and the HR Help desk ensuring prompt resolution.
- Conduct Domestic Enquiries, Disciplinary Letters, and Resolving Manpower issues in day-to-day discussions with the operations team.
- Liaising with managers for half-yearly performance reviews and conducting performance improvement sessions.
- Drive engagement activities & maintain a healthy shop floor environment.
- Implementing total employee involvement activities such as Self-managed teams, 5S, Kaizen, Quality Circle, and Suggestion Scheme.
- Conducting Reward & Recognition programs for Employees as part of Employee Engagement activities.
- Implementation of labor laws and adherence of statutory compliance.
- Handling all types of HR audits, ISO, Statutory, and Monthly /weekly reports.
Qualification
MSW
Experience- 10+ Years of experience in manufacturing Plant.
- Experienced in managing 1500 + employees span of control
- Proven excellence in industrial relations, employee engagement, welfare, and compliance.
- Should be willing to work in rotational shift.
