Job Purpose

Responsible for 1)execution of entire chain of operations and documentation for BMFA; 2)for the entire Documentation of Coal; 3)the insurance renewals, insurance claims, and payment of insurance premiums.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring execution of finalized trade as per terms finalized Â- at the customer end for the business
• Managing the entire chain of operations, documentation & insurance including contracting from source to customer
• Managing operations for local sales through stock & sale, high sea sale, bond to bond transfer Managing operations for FOB sales, CFR, CIF sales
• Liasoning with F&A to for all interlinkages between finance & operations
• Work with business ERP for execution of operations
• Managing performance of the operations functionalities against the SLAs. Reviewing and improving internal processes towards execution excellence
• Managing business operational risks proactively and efficiently for optimal business operations

Educational Qualifications

Graduate with Professional qualification in MBA finance/ international trade, CDCS certified

Desired Profile (Experience)

• 8-10 years of experience in similar role
• Relevant experience in handling base metals
• Should have strong technical and operational background
• Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to shipment of trade commodities and related terms & guidelines, including expertise in Letters of credit and shipping documents
• Ability to provide high quality level of customer service to internal & external stakeholders involved in contract execution & documentation Team management
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure
• Independent and meticulous with figures and documentation
