Job Purpose

To provide support in invoice processing for the business

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for:
• Pre shipment of invoices both domestic & local
• Generating E-Way bill for each delivery challan sales invoice
• Processing shipping bill preparation & verification approval
• Collecting proof of export and proceed for further process (SB, FC, ECIR)
• Preparing factoring & bank documentation each invoice wise
• Preparing & sending IGST, CGST & SGST details on periodical basis
• Updating export & domestic sales register
• Coordinating with our vendors (Beekay, Metolotec, SR Industries) for dispatch
• Monitoring import of way bills preparation
• Updating customs exchange rate timely
• Coordinating with our CHA (RTM, GKC, SRIVALLI)
• Preparing & updating Job-work challan register
• Updation of advance license tracker error-free

Educational Qualifications

B.Com / CA Inter / ICWA Inter
