Job Description

Responsible for all aspects of executing physical shipments including but not limited to contract and PO issuance, invoicing, shipment & inventory tracking, document generation, KYC registration and ERP system updation.

Commercial sensitivity, energy, drive and ownership to run efficient operations and resolve operational issues.
Exposure to preparation of documents for presentation under import / export Letters of credit.
Fluent English essential as contact with traders and internal departments is conducted in English.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required as daily contact with internal departments and customers/service providers in different geographical areas is needed to conduct daily operations.
Ability to be flexible with working hours in the event of deadlines and work well under pressure
IT skills: Advanced Excel skills, Word, Outlook. Comfort in working with ERP systems.
