A deep understanding of the core concepts for supervisory control and data acquisition in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of the Automotive Business Operating Model
Knowledge of queue-based communication to external system.
Real-Time Data collection, Analysis and Reporting
Understanding of PLC, SCADA Systems
Experience in any reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau) etc.,
GE Proficy Suite Products -Cimplicity, Workflow, Historian et c.,
A deep understanding OPC, MQTT, AMQP protocols.
Understanding about RDBMS, writing optimized sql query, db optimization .
Understanding about Devops tools like Jenkins, BitBucket, Docker, etc .
MES / MoM implementation for Automotive is a plus.
