Job Description
1D Simulation Engineer:
- Bachelors/master's degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- 6 to 10 Years of experience in Climate Control, thermal management, automotive simulation, and vehicle performance.
- Strong basic knowledge in Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer and Multi-phase flows4) Strong knowledge in CFD fundamentals
- Perform 1D system simulations using GT Suite to analyze and optimize Climate control and thermal management systems.
- Develop new methodologies and handover to program team for day-to-day simulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and develop simulation models accordingly.
- Utilize your expertise in automotive simulation to evaluate system dynamics, energy consumption, emissions, and overall efficiency.
- Analyze simulation results and provide engineering recommendations to enhance product performance and meet regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices in automotive simulation and thermal management to drive continuous improvement.
