Position: Performance Marketing Executive (Zoya)
Experience: 2-3 Years
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Performance Analysis & Insight Generation: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS) to identify trends and insights.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate and improve campaign elements, including ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Budget Management: Assist in managing campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI.
Keyword Research: Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for new campaigns and optimize existing ones.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and benchmark our performance against competitors.
Campaign Optimization: Implement strategies to continuously improve campaign performance, focusing on conversion rate optimization and cost-efficiency.
Tool Utilization: Utilize various marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or similar for campaign tracking and analysis.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a high performance environment
- Proficiency in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics 4 and SEMrush
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
