Relevant Experience | 4+ years - preferably in lifestyle product development domain or FMCG or Design Indusutry | |||||||

New Product Development | ||||||||
1. Responsible to develop new products for the brands from Product briefing to product launch towards the Premium Journey 2. Develop prototype (Proof of concept) and establish the production reliability standard 3. Ensure delivery of products from shortlisting to deposition of OTS models as per brand requirement. 4. Participate in all key discussions to finalize new product calendar 5. Maintain and enhance the new product specification and standards specifically in the premium price points 6. Responsible to do product analysis for competitor product based on the stakeholder need | · New product development · Prototype development · Process design | · Documentation, maintenance & updation of Premium Stds across the NP value chain · Adherence to specifications · Adherence to timelines · Plan vs actual | ||||||
Vendor Support | ||||||||
1. Co-ordinate with sourcing team to track and arrange B.O. component for prototype 2. Conduct fortnightly reviews and publish critical list/pending list of prototype component to sourcing/NPD. 3. Analyse the lead-time details for improvements and recommend actions 4. Co-ordinate to indicate priority to sourcing based on the product owner request 5. Technical discussion with vendors 6. New Catalogues from Vendors | · Samples · Catalogues · Drawings | · Adherence to timelines · On-time delivery · Quality adherence | ||||||
7. Responsible to filter and screen errors in MM and BOM errors which is created for new product 8. Act as central co-ordinator for ECOM team in provide detail related to new product | · Master data maintenance | · Adherence to timelines | ||||||
