Our journey to build an inclusive world began with our founders words “In a free enterprise, the community is just not another stakeholder in business, but is in fact the very purpose of it’s existence”. The question that inundated us was - if the very foundation of our business was social inclusion, how could we ensure that it reflects within our organization and how do we create an impact that is real, tangible and touches every individual who, is associated with us.
To keep alive this vision, our group companies work towards creating inclusive people experiences through programs, policies and people practices. The journey continues to bring alive inclusion and equity to each one of our employees and to all those who connect with the group in any capacity.
